Hi, I have the same problem.
It seams every year there is an issue with @Lineone which takes hours if not days to correct.
Bearing in mind I have not changed my settings etc.
I have given up webchat etc just the same old questions.
But I have not changed anything its your end but they will not have it.
Hours wasted.

This year it's different. If you are still using insecure settings and you haven't changed them as notified by TalkTalk then your lineone email will have stopped working on email clients and apps but will remain working on webmail.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail lineone email address and password, select Sign in. Check it's sending and receiving mail as expected.
Then tell us what email software you're using and the settings you have left unchanged for the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
