I can confirm that I have submitted a webform to link the email addresses you listed on your profile to your active broadband account.

Before I can submit a webform for you since you've stated that you received communication from us saying that you should subscribe to Everymail  to stop any further communication since you shouldn't be affected by this as you are an active broadband customer., please confirm if you are experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?

When I log in to my email there is the sign up option

When I sign in to my wife's account email with the L in it there is no sign up option.

When I first rejoined talktalk I did request for them to be added to the account maybe one was added and not the other

Okay thank you very much for confirming and as you have an active broadband account you will not be charged for your email service. Bore I can submit a webform for you to link the email addresses listed, please confirm if you received communication from us stating that you should subcribe to Everymail as you are not a broadband customer.

Yes please, this will mean I can keep the email addresses and will not need to pay to use them. Is that correct?

Thank you very much for confirming. Just to confirm, do you still have the email address that you is linked to the old broadband account, if yes then I would need you to send it to me privately, I should be able to locate your account using your email address. Thanks

Yes I was with talktalk originally and then went away and have came back again.

I doubt that I would be able to find the account number they were with originally unless you have some good ideas.
