I am a TalkTalk broadband customer but my Homecall e-mail is not recognised as being linked to my account. I have filled in the form that was in the link, but it doesn't look as though that information is going anywhere. Where can I resolve this issue quickly as I am no longer able to send e-mails from my Homecall mail account and this is my primary e-mail that I have used for years.

@Martin07# Can you please try linking your email addresses using the following steps:
1. Please open apps.talktalk.co.uk
2. Select mailbox manager
3. Select add mailbox
4. Fill in the details on screen, once done, select create
You should then see the user creation window showing basic details and providing options to copy the mail and the password.
