I have two talktalk emails and a broadband service. When you changed to webmail be if the emails was orphaned as you didn’t link it to my account. After about 5hrs of online chat and 1hr on the phone the email is working on webmail but I cannot get it to work via iPhone/iMac etc as it looks like it’s still not associated with my main account. So frustrating. It won’t let me add it via manage mailbox, only create a new email.
