Did you pay Mailplus or Everymail, @Bailey8?
If it was Everymail, you need to ask them to add your wife's address.
For now, put all addresses that were associated with your Talktalk account in Private Notes for staff to take a look.
Also clarify whether or not you're still a Talktalk customer. If you have broadband with Talktalk you should not be paying for your emails.
Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. Scroll down to Private Notes. SAVE CHANGES.
