Hi, @Brian118
Were you able to set that simple rule, within TalkTalk webmail settings, to see if it might work?

I need to know what device are you using when accessing your email?

Can you please try this:
In TalkTalk webmail via the browser at https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ ,
Click the Cogwheel --> click 'All settings' --> Scroll down until you see Rules --> Click Rules -->
Click 'Add new rule' --> click 'Add action' --> click 'File into' --> Leave the folder as is, set to Inbox --> click Save --> Exit Mail Settings
This might work.
I haven't had any junk in the junk folder for 3 days.

I think the original poster means he can send emails, but the emails he sends end up in the recipients junk folder.
