Mailbox Manager is not letting me change a password on one of my mailboxes. I get the message attached.

Have gone to a different browser on a different device. Managed to get into Mailbox Manager and have got the password changed. Thanks for your help everyone.

Do you mind trying a different web browser, you can also try refreshing the page as well.

Done that - now can't access Mail Manager at all - it comes up with this message - Failed to sign in. Please try again later.

Please clear your browser history and try again, if that doesn't work will have to run checks. I'm also checking in my end if we have any outages.

I have done that. I can get to the change password section, I have put a new secure password in & confirmed it the second time but when I press save I get the Something went wrong. Please try again message.

Tried that - went to the log in & selected Mailbox Manager - it went to the app I have been using - tried to change details of another mailbox and got the same result. Appears to be some form of lockout,

@siphosethu-TT that only goes to the help pages. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to include a link to the mailbox manager. I've reported this to the forum manager, but perhaps you could raise to?

That link only gave a grey circle of doom. I am using the mailbox manager app. Snip of the top lefthand corner of the app page.

Can I just check you are using the manager found here?
If not can you change the password now?
