I am now out of contract on a fibre 65 package. Have been a customer for 20 years, if I move to another provider, which looks more likely, due to talktalk's uncompetitive deals, what happens to my tiscali email? As I still use it quite a lot, will I loose it?

You should get an option to keep it, but you will need to transfer to Everymail and pay a monthly, or annual fee.
