Migrating existing email addresses from old TalkTalk account to new one

Evening,

I recently moved house, and had to open a new TalkTalk account. My old account had four email addresses associated with it, I wish for them to be active on the new account so that I don't get charged to carry on using them

@Wickers66, at the beginning of the thread, you have stated that you wish for the email addresses which were linked to your previous account, to be linked to your new account. Correct?

I think there may have been confusion over this - looking at the solutions on some of the other thread I need my email addresses to be removed from the Every Mail migration, which seems to be quite straightforward.

I have had some correspondence via PM - but can someone please confirm that this has been done? The deadline is Monday, and I still have the banner on Mailbox Manager asking me to subscribe.

Mildly frustrated, bordering on annoyed...

Off course I understand, but please hang in there. Thanks

Again thank you, but I was told two weeks ago this should take five working days, so I hope you can understand my trepidation.

Please note that I just checked in and all you have to do now is wait as the form was filled in for you, I don't think there's anything you should have to worry about from now on until we receive further updates. Thanks

Okay let me see if I can get any update for you. Thanks

The correspondence I'm receiving, and the banner messages on Mailbox Manager are all stating that after the 28th of July we will no longer be able to send emails from our mailbox accounts, as far as I can see the deadline is next Monday.

Please note that the 6th Comms, the final reminder and the notification of deletion comms will be sent out on the 26th of August. This is to say we still have time, but I will leave a note of how urgent this is to you. If I get any updates, I will get back to you. Thanks

Hi there - this is GaryB6 on an old login, for some reason the login for GaryB6 has been deactivated, its the same for the TalkTalk My Account login, I assumed it was something to do with this problem - can any PMs please come to this username as I can npc longer access my GaryB6 login.

Thanks - if it's not sorted by Thursday/Friday I'll be subscribing to the third party mail support, so time is pressing.

Thanks for your time.

Morning - any news? It's now been nearly two weeks since the form was raised, and I've still heard nothing one way or the other. It's now only seven days until the deadline for subscribing, if this isn's sorted I'll have no choice but to subscribe, as we simply can't afford to lose those email addresses.

Any update at all welcome.

Thanks for  your time.

@GaryB6 Please note that the form was already escalated and cannot be raised again as that would interfere with the other escalation, could you please allow the relevant team to work on this and get back to you. Thanks.

Morning,

I've still heard nothing I'm afraid, it's now only ten days until the deadline for the non receipt of mails, and it's been ten days since the initial form was raised, but I've had no correspondence at all one way or the other.

Sorry to be "that bloke" - and I'm not sure of your processes, but can this be escalated once more?

Many thanks.

@GaryB6 I have escalated for you.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Hi - can this be escalated please. today was the cut off for the timescale given to sort this, but I've heard nothing I'm afraid. I've corresponded via PM with the agent who was dealing with this. It's now getting perilously close to the deadline of losing the use of my email addresses, which will cause carnage, even though I've been assured on several occasions that this was in hand.

Thanks for your time.
