Migrating existing email addresses from old TalkTalk account to new one

Evening,

 

I recently moved house, and had to open a new TalkTalk account. My old account had four email addresses associated with it, I wish for them to be active on the new account so that I don't get charged to carry on using them

@GaryB6 I have escalated this for a response.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Are there any updates on this? It's been a week and I've had no correspondence at all. I corresponded by PM with one of your advisors who reliably informed me that is in hand. It's now getting quite stressful, I'm still getting notifications on both Mailbox Manager and Webmail that we will not be able to send emails after the 28th of July. Any information welcome. Thanks.
