Hi I am housebound so do my shopping online with Sainsburys. Something strange has happened with my emails re my shopping. Before when I placed an order or changed it I would get an email to confirm but now I get no emails re my shopping order at all. It started about a month ago. Sainsburys tell me to put 'service@sainsburys.co.uk into my address book which I have done. The strange thing is that other emails from Sainsburys using this address of 'service' come in ok it's just the shopping confirmation ones. Now, if I change to my other email address which I rarely use the shopping emails come in fine but if I change back to my usual email address they still do not come in. My orders from Tesco come in fine.
Can somebody help me to sort this out is it something that you can fix for me? Easy instructions please. Many thanks

I'm afraid I've had nothing back from them in over a week. I'll chase them again now.

Hi victorsj, this is an interesting one. We've accepted hundreds of order update messages from Sainsburys and blocked 2 in the last 7 days showing on the scanning tool. I've asked my colleagues in email admin to check why this is and correct the mistake that I suspect it is. I'll post back when I hear back from them.
