Recently I have stopped receiving emails from Sainsburys online shopping such as order confirmations and receipts which is very frustrating. I have also not been getting my monthly reminder email from Octopus Energy to take a meter reading. It seems very strange that they have both just stopped and I was wondering if it was a TalkTalk issue and if so how do I resolve it please?

I gave same problem. No confirmation emails off sainsbury grocery orders;nor advice of order subs, missing, deliveries , yet other sainsbury ones come through. How do i fix It. Sainsbury's been contacted several times with no joy.
