I pay monthly to TalkTalk for my broadband now I am being blocked from sending emails and being asked to subscribe. I spent almost an hour on your chat on 18/6/25 to confirm this would not happen. This was confirmed by Divina. What a surprise my email was blocked from sending yesterday! I again contacted chat, assured it would be sorted. Still not working today!
When will this be fixed.

As I explained initially I only have one email address which is the one you send my bills to which should be on my profile.

I can sign in and out but have got the red banner asking me to subscribe and am unable to send or reply to emails.

Hi there Just to confirm Is the sign-up option available when you login to your email account and are you experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account

My emails are still not working after almost 4 weeks. During the time since I first reported it I have had 11 private messages replied to with various time scales and numerous requests for patience. When will this issue be sorted, I have been more than patient.
It seems from the messages in this community that those of us who have been patient are at the back of the queue for getting this issue sorted.
