My app of my own with play store android won't work, it's not taking my password or username etc I have try manually with your port names extra, but its not working. Please can you fix it, ss I don't get on with your app as I don't get notifications on when I get emails etc thank you

Hi karonnewman, your account is limited and looks to have been hacked. I've stopped the mail forward for you. You need to reset your mailbox password using a totally new one that's NEVER been used before. Once that's done post back and I'll get the account restored to full service for you.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
