I've been getting emails via Outlook for months, but on Monday I was suddenly no longer able to send or receive emails.
When I try to send emails from Outlook I get an error message saying "Sending", but the message does not get sent. Instead, it appears in Drafts.
I've not changed any settings and, after deleting the account, I not cannot add it again, as I keep getting an error message, saying "Something went wrong. Try again. You may need an app password."
I am using the same (correct) password that I use on Webmail.

@BlackberryBay this seems to be an issue with outlook itself and as much as I would like to assist however, I am unable since I cannot perform diagnostics test for outlook.

I have already tried using the steps on the page you pointed me to.
I have checked and double-checked my settings, which worked perfectly until Monday of this week. I have not changed the settings and do not understand why I should suddenly stop receiving emails.
