Onetel emails all disappeared

All my 'Onetel' emails have disappeared together with all my contact details.

I still have the email account and can send and receive new emails.

 

Any ideas!?

Hi PGtips2, are you seeing the same in webmail? I'm showing 109 unread mails and 1.45gb storage used so its all still there.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
