Outgoing mail issue with tinyworld

Since last week I cannot send any emails from my tinyworld email address. 

Incoming mail is fine. Outgoing are stuck in my outbox with Queued against each item.

 

I have checked my settings and all are OK.  I have spent over an hour on live chat going around in circles - very frustrating!

 

This is urgent as I am unable to communicate and it's not like the monthly subscription is cheap. 

 

Like others, I am only with talktalk for my  email address! 

 

Please prioritise this problem as high.

Still unable to send emails. Get message check settings for outgoing servers. Nothing wrong!!

iam having the same issue use Thunder Bird too - have tried with web mail also the same so quite sure its a server problem

Hi I use Thunder bird to send my tinyworld emails the message I get is "Rejected for policy reasons please check the message and try again ". upto yesterday afternoon all was ok then afterwards no mails were sent.

Hi

Mod Ady has raised an issue, but is still waiting to hear back (from the Tech Team I assume).

Looks like server problems at the TalkTalk end.

There are quite a few of us affected, so hopefully it'll be sorted soon.
