Outgoing mail issue with tinyworld

Since last week I cannot send any emails from my tinyworld email address. 

Incoming mail is fine. Outgoing are stuck in my outbox with Queued against each item.

 

I have checked my settings and all are OK.  I have spent over an hour on live chat going around in circles - very frustrating!

 

This is urgent as I am unable to communicate and it's not like the monthly subscription is cheap. 

 

Like others, I am only with talktalk for my  email address! 

 

Please prioritise this problem as high.

Hi

 

This looks to be fixed now but for how long?  It is so frustrating that we can't just log an issue and get it resolved. There is obviously something being updated on the server but the @Tinyworld.co.uk domain isn't being included.  I raised a complaint last time and was assured that I would not have to go through the debacle of all the diagnostic should it happen again. Guess what I have had to go through all the diagnostics - even checking that I can send and receive by sending myself an email - what the ..... that is the reason I am almost tearing my hair out here!  So that's another 65 minutes of my life I won't get back.  Sorry to grump because I know you all feel the same pain but I need to let it out ......! 😩

Dear Ady

The same recurrent fault with outgoing emails from @Tinyworld.co.uk has just happened once again for no apparent reason. Can  you please have it fixed and can you explain why it is happening? It makes the service very unreliable. Thank you.

Still having difficulty sending emails out from a tinyworld email address. It rights itself for a short period and then continues to reject them 'for policy reasons'.

Can TalkTalk please sort the problem. Thank you.

Apple IOS update today (3.2.25) and suddenly the outgoing email works. Coincidence?

iam having the same issue use Thunder Bird too - have tried with web mail also the same so quite sure its a server problem

Hi I use Thunder bird to send my tinyworld emails the message I get is "Rejected for policy reasons please check the message and try again ". upto yesterday afternoon all was ok then afterwards no mails were sent.

Hi

Mod Ady has raised an issue, but is still waiting to hear back (from the Tech Team I assume).

Looks like server problems at the TalkTalk end.

There are quite a few of us affected, so hopefully it'll be sorted soon.
