PROBLEMS AGAIN WITH SENDING TINYWORLD EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The monthly problem has occurred again-unable to send any emails "due to policy reasons".  When will this be sorted, when will we have an explanation and when will we get a refund for the inconvenience?

I understand your frustrations however, at the moment we can only treat this as an isolated incident and complete checks for a possible fault however we are monitoring how many customers are experiencing the same issue. Would you like to proceed with the checks.

To make matters worse, all incoming emails including ones sent from my gmail account as test messages are going into webmail spam!!!

Thanks Kanya but you can see by the flurry of annoyed users it is a persistent and intermittent problem!

Since the issue has arisen once more, Chris, we have been advised to escalate it. We have taken the necessary steps and are currently awaiting feedback. Please be patient with us during this process, and we will update you as soon as we have more information.

Irrespective of who I email, this is what bounces back each time:

 

550 5.7.1  Reject for policy reason

 

Receiving is fine but yet again it is the outgoing server............

Same problem with sending tinyworld.co.uk emails something which has been happening for the past 6-9 months normally once a month
