I know that there is an update post but Service Status is still showing no problems and nothing has been heard for 3 hours at least.  Surely it doesn't take this long?

The incident team have made some changes and have asked users to retry and confirm if the changes have resolved the issue.

They are working on it, so, it does take this long unfortunately, @ChrisG15.

 

I too feel that Service Status Dashboard is underused for communications, but if issues are intermittent  / don't affect sufficient numbers, they just don't put it up on there.
