Hi, someone is changing my talktalk mail password and has set auto-forwarding to an unknown email address. How can I stop this from happening please? Many Thanks!!

Hi clare451, it sounds like you've been hacked. Its vital that you run a good quality AntiVirus and Malware scanner on all your internet connected devices. Only when you've done that should you reset your mailbox password. If you have any problems please let us know.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Go to WebMail at https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/

TalkTalk will prompt you to sign in.

Don't sign in. But click 'Forgot your password?'

TalkTalk will take you to the page 'Reset your password'

 

Read the page, Enter your full email address, and TalkTalk should guide to reset password to something new.
