have a broadband account but emails are now asking for me to subscribe. have added the email address to private notes in my profile. Had been told by tech support on phone that this would be sorted in 24 hours its now past that and counting. Thanks

yes trying to login via chrome and also have the account set up on mail on an ipad.

morning, it has been nearly 4 days and when i try to log in it is still asking me to upgrade to everymail, thus still cannot access my email.

Did you put ALL the email addresses in Private Notes in the end? You didn't confirm that on here after we mentioned that it was important to have everything together now.

 

Please confirm that. Staff will respond after the weekend.

You are honestly best to get ALL related legacy email addresses linked to your broadband account NOW, @pat&son

 

Don't do this in a piecemeal fashion as you may store up problems further down the line.
