Even though I am a fibre customer I've lost the ability to send emails. Can this please be resolved?

Thanks for confirming. I can see that you have an active broadband account and you shouldn't be affected by this, I have submitted a webform for you so we can stop any further comms related to this movement going your way. Please

The email asking me to subscribe to everymail are from info@consumer.talktalkplc.com which I assume is a bulk email.
They are to my registered @Tiscali.co.uk email address.

Yes, the email address you are getting messages from to subscribe to Everymail, is it the same as the one registered on the account?

Hi do you mean the email address I am getting messages from to subscribe to everymail or my actual email address? The email account I can't send emails from is registered to my account and it's in the private notes section on here.

Hi, I'm still not able to send emails. I get a "final notice" pop up when I try which wants me to subscribe to everymail.

Yes I did and I'm still getting emails from them. I even had a support chat and they told me it was nothing to worry about.
