Please could you check that the legacy emails I have listed in my profile are still linked to my broadband account and confirm that I will not be charged for email and will retain my email service.

it comes up on the browser when I look at emails, now it is an annoying banner that I have to close every time, I cannot send emails from any of the address'

The old emails are still in the notes, I have added the email that should point to the account but I do not know the old account number.

@will9r, it's in the profile area which you had previously filled.
Return to that via your avatar/name and go to settings. You have already completed Personal information and in the drop down menu from there you should find Private Notes.
I think you put the relevant email addresses in there already?
Add the old account number too and click on SAVE CHANGES (further down the page).

Staff needed you to confirm whether these email addresses belonged to a previous Talktalk account of yours, and we didn't hear back from you about that.
It's important to keep an eye on the responses in the thread.

Hi @will9r I have accessed your account and can confirm that you have an active broadband account. However, none of the three email addresses listed in your private notes are linked with this active account. Could you please confirm if you previously had a broadband account with us and whether these email addresses were ever linked to that closed account?

I have spent most of the day going round in circles with this on the online chat. I cannot get my e mail address linked to my broadband account and my e mails have been barred. Have you succeeded ?
