I understand @DAP30 and apologize for the inconvenience caused, the reason that I am asking is so that I can escalate this for you. As your email address is already linked to your account and you should not be affected by the migration, you do not need to subscribe to Evermail as you have an active broadband account with us. Are you experiencing any feature restrictions on your email account?

Yes, but I don't want to subscribe to Everymail. I just want to link it to my existing TalkTalk broadband account

No I haven't received any emails about this, but I have since read about it on your website. However, I do not want to pay for a service as I already have TalkTalk broadband
