Hello, I have lost the ability to send emails, with a red banner telling me to subscribe to Everymail. However, my email address should be, and was, one of the 5 linked emails, but for some reason, the link has disappeared. There are now only 4 linked emails in the Master account and those all work fine. Please will you relink my email to the email address shown in my Private Notes. Thank you.

@cabinessence2 I understand that you want this to be resolved on our side however it is impossible. I would not say on a public platform it was impossible, also try checking other threads regarding linking and you will see that this was only done for customers with an active broadband account.

My email has clearly not migrated from TalkTalk, despite having signed up to Everymail.

i can even still setup a brand new TalkTalk email address within TalkTalk Mailbox Manager, but there is no longer any option to link to an existing email address.

I am confident that your tech team could resolve this problem.

We do not handle emails anymore if the account is disconnected @cabinessence2. The only emails we are able to escalate to be linked is if the customer has an active broadband account, as you mentioned you received the email to subscribe and you did subscribe, I am very sorry that you are having issues with the emails but at this point there is nothing we can do.

As I said, I can’t contact Everymail as they say I am not subscribed. It is clear that I am still on the TalkTalk system, not the Everymail system so what do I do?

You will need to contact EveryMail directly, please visit EveryMail Support (https://everymail.com/support). I will not be able to link the email on the TalkTalk system as you have mentioned you have subscribed and also, I would have been unable due to that you do not have an active account. Thanks

There is clearly a migration error, as I did subscribe to Everymail on 17 July 2025. I received a confirmation email confirming a month’s free trial. The direct debit is also showing in my bank account, pending the first payment on 17 August 2025.

However, I have been unable to login to Everymail (The user name or password is incorrect. (LGI-0006)), but I can still login to TalkTalk, with a red banner stating “You are no longer able to send emails. You need to subscribe by 8 September 2025 to regain full access to your account.”

I contacted TalkTalk support chat who told me that I will need to contact Everymail support chat. I went on Everymail support chat, but the bot won’t allow me to speak to a live agent, because it says I need to subscribe before I can chat!

Bizarrely, the email shown in my private notes can login to Everymail and so can the other 3 linked emails.

My email was linked to this email account shown, but the link has disappeared from my TalkTalk Mailbox Manager, so if you can relink to this, it may drag my account into Everymail?

Thanks for your help.

Emails are linked to active broadband accounts for customers with emails as they do not require to subscribe to EveryMail since you do not have an active broadband account with TalkTalk you are required to sign up to EveryMail if you want to continue using emails.
