Problem creating folders and moving individual emails

Since this upgrade I have lost the option to move individual emails to folders.

This option "move" used to be along the top.

When you clicked on it you had the option to move to your existing folders or create a new one this has disappeared completely. 

I have tried everything now and I am only left with an option of "move all emails" on the left or right hand side. So therefore all my folders which I have set up are useless.

There is still an option (in around about way) of creating a new folder which is actual useless if I cant move individual emails to the folders.

I have spent over an hour on the phone to talk talk to try  get this sorted but no success so have logged a complaint and hoping they will get back to me with the solution.

I was told this is the new upgrade system but I don't accept that.

If there is an option to create folders there should also be an option to move individual emails into these folders. So to me this is a technical problem.

The option to move create folders used to be across the top along with the option of deleting etc but this has now disappeared.

What's the point of creating folders if you cant move individual emails.

Its happening whether I use webmail on laptop or phone, google, edge.

I appear to be able to send receive delete emails but that is all which is no good to me.

Has anyone else experienced this problem.

Thank you! I have found that right clicking on the individual message also brings up the option to move it.

So what you can do is highlight your emails and drag and drop them together into your desired folder destination.this works on laptop, desktop Sometimes I use the moby app for simplicity.

Yes I have an identical issue. Has Talktalk offered a solution? It's very frustrating. To move an individual email, I have to use the email app on my phone.

all issues with email now appear to be resolved thanks, folders have returned and can now moved individual emails to folders.

Now some of my folders have disappeared. 🙄

Know they are there somewhere think possibly Talk Talk must be working on it so will give it a couple of days to see if they return.

Problem resolved . 

Right click on actual email and the move options will come up.

Now managed to sort my emails out.

I have now found the option to move .

Just right click on the actual email you wish to move and all the options come up.

Whether this has just been sorted because me or talk talk  didn't, know where it was yesterday or what just glad found it

Yes. Where has the "move" icon gone. 

I liked clicking hal a dozen at a time and moving them. 

This function has gone .meh
