Hi. For the last month or so I have expderienced problems when sending and receiving emails to Yahoo and Sky email addresses.
When I send one it usually (but not always) gets received but I sometimes (but not always) do not receive their reply.
Until a couple of weeks ago I got an error message (could not deliver) but I can't remember what it said - I no longer receive any messages.
The problem occurs on both my Outlook and Webmail via my Tiscali email.
It is frustrating not knowing if emails have been received or not and I believe it could also be occuring with domains other than Sky and Yahoo.
Any ideas how this can be solved ?

The questions now are, what is being done to fix and when is it likely to be resolved ?
We are paying a subscription for an email service that is not delivering, which at best is irritating and at worst is being badly short-changed !

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

There are a lot of email issues to chase up at the moment, @rautospoon. It may take a little longer than usual to get a reply from staff as they are still catching up from the weekend.
