I cancelled broadband and phone end date 9 June but requested to have access to talk talk mail plus on the £5monthly fee as need to have access to financial agencies following my husband passing -the account was originally his and the email address is in his name - I took over the broadband account when he passed to continue payments. I did explain all this to the termination team and agreed that I wanted to keep the mail plus on a monthly basis. I have not heard anything more on this - ie direct debit etc and am concerned that once my broadband account finishes I will not be able to access or speak with anyone to get this resolved.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
