Rejected emails

Hi, my talktalk emails are being routinely rejected by those with Hotmail accounts. I am receiving their emails but they reject my reply.  Is this a common problem and what can I do about it.  Or is it TalkTalk security that is the problem

Test Alternative Sending Methods:

• Try sending emails from TalkTalk's webmail interface instead of through a client (like Outlook) to see if the problem persists.

Add to Safe Senders List:

• Instruct your Hotmail contacts to add your email to their Safe Senders list, which might reduce filtering.

Avoid Spam Trigger Words:

• Ensure that the content of your email doesn’t include common spam trigger phrases.

Monitor Complaints:

• Ask recipients if they have marked your emails as spam or if they can whitelist your address.
