Can’t get OTP email from Amazon in my talktalk email

Hi. Does anyone know why my talktalk email won’t let me receive an OTP email from Amazon. I forgot my password and amazon have sent me numerous reset emails but they never come through. Thanks

hi just password resets and now for other sites other than amazon

Hi @lvoggy regarding the email issue you mentioned. Have you noticed if this problem is occurring only with emails from Amazon, or is it affecting other emails as well, particularly those with OTPs?

Hi yes still experiencing and now can’t reset password for M&S or my house insurance account

Please check if you have any specific email filters set up that might be redirecting Amazon emails to another folder.

Hi there @lvoggy. I am very sorry to hear this. Could you please check Spam/Junk Folder, sometimes legitimate emails can end up in the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there.
