Reset Netflix password emails

Hi, I am having problems receiving emails from Netflix when I ask to reset my password. They are not arriving in my Tiscali email inbox or any other folder. I have checked that the email address is my contact list - yes. I have checked for filters which may have blocked the incoming emails - none that I can find. Help would be gratefully appreciated as I keep going round in circles.
