Server not responding

My talktalk mail app (android) hasn't received mail for the last 2 days. When I try to refresh the mail, I get a message saying mail server not responding try again later. When I try to send mail I get the message A fatal error occurred whilst trying to send your email.

Please take screenshots of the incoming and outgoing server settings, image edit to obscure the first part of the email address, then upload here using the picture icon above this reply area.

I'll advise further on seeing the settings.

Yes the webmail seems to be working fine

First step in troubleshooting is to check your mailbox is working via TalkTalk Mail webmail.

Select here:  Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.
