My wife has received an email supposedly from TalkTalk customer service stating it has been noticed she is using or has previously used an older version of TalkTalk Mailbox. Is this a scam?
Hi davidh1, it sounds like it. Here is the correct URL for TalkTalk webmail and if she wants to use a mail client like Outlook or Thunderbird etc you can find the correct email settings in the Email Settings help article.
