TalkTalk webmail is on the blink - cannot send emails

I have sent FOUR emails to correct addresses and haven't changed any settings. Each one will not send and generates an error message.  The last one was a test email to test-mail@talktalk.net.

I got the following error message:

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [test-mail@talktalk.net] (554 - 554 5.2.0 ojHXptvSDuwYY Sender Denied (TT608)
)

I just tried re-sending the emails and webmail is working normally now.
