Telco4u.net settings

Hi,
I am trying to add a lost telco4u.net email account that I previously had with talk talk It is still showing in mailbox, but now unable to send or receive emails. I tried using forgotten password, but this sends reset link to the account that has the issue ,with no other option for recovery.
Could you provide the exact server settings that I should use to re-add this email account REMOVED FOR SECURITY@telco4u.net, as I have tried everything using recommended without success.

Okay let me see what I can do. Please send me a personal message with the affected email address and your TalkTalk account number.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

HI, thank you for your reply, however I contacted Business support from the link provided with my acct and phone number. They said they cannot not find any records.
They said that I don't have a Business account, which is correct I don't.
I did think it strange that I needed to contact Businesses for an account that has been up and running for years within my mailbox.

Hi Colin, I can't help you with Telco4u addresses they are/were managed by TalkTalkBusiness and I have no system access to help with those. You'd need to speak to TalkTalk Business for anything to do with that email.

Hi,
I've removed your actual email address as it's never a good idea to post these in the open on a forum.
Could you please go into your profile and add the affected email address to the private notes field where only you and support staff can see it.
