My online Tesco shopping receipts are no longer being received by email. I queried this with Tesco and they said it is a common fault with TalkTalk customers and I should contact TalkTalk to fix the issue. Not sure why this had changed when I have received the receipts for years. Any idea why this has happened?

I have also been chasing this matter for three weeks and as you say Tesco claim its TT, Today I had a response from TT, if you can call it that, its been very helpful as follows, as you can see it is not very helpful. I have sent them the requested information but don't hold much hope.

Hi DaveT, the team at OpenXchange has said that they can find no issue on their side of the system. To prove this they're looking for a customer to send them the original file. They've asked the following :
Would it be possible to sent over the original .eml and not the forwarded ones? Since they arrive we can see the spamcause for those messages.
The customer forwarded such a mail but unfortunately is such a forward we can't see anymore the cause what happend as this is a new mail flow.
Therefore, the customer would need to save the mail as file and send over exact this attachment. To save such a mail, please use AppSuite:
Select the mail, and use the 3-dot menu -> "Save as file".
That would be very helpful.
