Once again experiencing the same problem with my @Tinyworld.co.uk email address. I am unable to send from either outlook or webmail.
All settings have been checked.
Yet another issue affecting this domain, which talktalk clearly dont care about, despite charging to maintain the address.

It's affecting customers whether they are paying customers or broadband customers.
As to compensation there are no automatic rules for this.

At what point are customers who pay for this service entitled to compensation? This has now been well over 2 weeks of intermittent disruption and three days at least with zero ability to send emails. Quite simply this is not good enough as a paying customer. I bet they dont treat their customers with a talk-talk domain with quite so much disdain?

Its been reported and being looked into.
Please keep an eye on the pinned post for updates but as it's late Friday now and the forum staff won't be back until Monday you may find out it's working before I get an official update.
