Tinyworld emails not sending again

Hi
I raised an issue on Friday, advising that our .tinyworld email accounts were not sending emails (I've copied the original message below - bold italics - rather than type it all again).
Several other customers were having the same issue and eventually, it was sorted out on Friday afternoon. Emails have worked fine until this afternoon/evening, when the problem re-occured and we are, once again, unable to send emails on our .tinyworld accounts (as previous, my .tiscali email appears unaffected).
I'd be grateful if one of the Mods could look at this as soon as poss, please, as it's causing no end of problems.
Mod Ady - I see from other contributors' posts that you've raised an incident for this issue - I've taken the liberty therefore, of messaging you directly to add me to the list of affected customers (hope this is OK?).

Morning all
I haven't been able to send emails from my .tinyworld email address since yesterday afternoon/evening. My wife has the same issue on her .tinyworld emails. Both seem to be receiving emails OK.
Hoped the issue might resolve overnight, but is still persisting this morning.
Error message is;
"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."
My .tiscali email appears to be sending OK, so looks like an issue with . tinyworld emails.
Other community members also seem to be having issues with .tinyworld too which suggests some sort of issue at the talktalk server end?
I'd be grateful if one of the Mods could take a look at this as soon as poss please, as these email account (especially my wife's) are in regular use for important work issues.

I think there's probably an error in that address - there are lots of non Talktalk sites around with different versions, @ParvH.
You're really better using the Complaints code tools linked at the bottom of any Talktalk page.
Clicking on that page eventually brings up:

Yeah it is really frustrating! Don't really understand how we can receive emails fine but it's just sending them that's the issue? Hoping it will be resolved quickly!

Sadly this problem has restarted again today (Saturday, 1st February) - the third time in a week!!! Does anyone know what is going on and why this problem keeps repeating?
Any word from TalkTalk? An apology?

Hi David7591, I would be expecting either and apology or a description of the root cause. It's unlikely this incident would show up on the tools because it's such a small customer pool.

Do we have any idea what the problem was ? More importantly why did it take so long for action to be taken. TalkTalk need to be more proactive in informing customers of issues. Shouldn’t be down to us individually to find it out. Recognition of the problem and an apology for all the inconvenience caused wouldn’t be out of place either !

Many of us seem to be having the same issue. The service from the helpline chat is hopeless (it is probably AI) and no one in Talktalk management seems to want to know. The service status still says no email issues.... I wonder if the company has finally gone insolvent and cannot afford to run server space or something. It is impossible to extract any information from them and even the AI chatbot seemed to stop working before.
