Tinyworld world emails not sending again

Hi there @DaveBeryl as we are running checks, we want to know what causes that, that when you send emails to someone using your tinyworld.co.uk account you get an error code.

The problem i have is not being able to send any emails to anyone useing my Tinyworld.co.uk account.

The emails get returned with 550 5.7.1  Reject for policy reason,

This is happening in Web Mail, and my email in outlook clasic.

The problem is at talktalk in one of there servers, ( not my end )

This has happened before many times in the past.

I keep on getting asked the same questions over and over again.

This nees to be escalated to your techinical team and given a ticket number,

Alternatively, you can add your email address in the Private Notes area of your profile details like @Gliwmaeden2 suggested in the above message.

@DaveBeryl, please never post the first part of an email address or any sensitive personal information in the public thread.

Such details can be put in the Private Notes area of your profile details (which only you and staff can access), remembering to SAVE CHANGES. 

In this case, staff specially asked you to respond by Private Message which just requires you to click on their name to open up the area to send privately to them.

Very important to observe this on the forum as otherwise the information you post is a gift to scammers.

I also have a Tiscali email account which i use on Web Mail which is working for send and receive.

The problem is with my Tinyworld account I can receive emails but when sending emails from my Tinyworld email account but it comes back saying 550 5.7.1  Reject for policy reason.

This has happened many times befor and the problem was in one of your servers ( this is the first time it has happened this year )

Could you please tell me the last part of your email address? This is the section after the @ symbol.

For example it might be talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk
