I sent the message ( useing my Tinyworld account ) to my Tinyworld and Tiscali email accounts they both came back.
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason
The problem i have is not being able to send any emails to anyone useing my Tinyworld.co.uk account.
The emails get returned with 550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason,
This is happening in Web Mail, and my email in outlook classic.
I am able to use my Tiscali web mail to send to my Tinyworld account

1. Select Compose
From the Email menu click Mail then click Compose.
2. Input email details and send
Type in your own email address as the recipient put a unique subject and type in test in the body of the email then click Send.
1. Include a CC on your composed test email
Add a cc from your composed email bu clicking the CC in the upper right-corner cerion of the screen.
Enter your email address in the CC input section below to the TO input section.

Create a new email by clicking the New Email button.
2. Receiver email
Input the email details to the TO input field. smctest@tiscali.co.uk OR test-mail@TalkTalk.net
3. CC your email
Add a cc from your composed email by clicking the CC in the upper right-corner cerion of the screen.
Enter your email address in the CC input section below to the input section then Click Send

This is for the new email platform:
1. Select Setting cog icon
Once logged in to webmail, the blue task bar going across the screen has 3 horizontal lines on top of each other. Click on this icon
2. Select All Settings
Once selected, it will bring up a list of options. The first option, which is ‘all settings’, is the one we need to select.
1. Select Mail menu
In the left side menu, click the Mail to expand.
1. Scroll Down and Select Rules
Select Rules to expand. Then select the Auto-Forward.
3. Enable and Add email for Auto Forward
Enter the email address that you would like to forward all incoming email messages to this email address.
Once done adding it, click Appy Changes if you are okay with the changes.

3. Select Mail in the settings option
Once in settings, a list of options is presented on the left hand side of the screen. Select the heading titled ‘Mail’
4. Select Auto Forward option
Once ‘Mail’ is selected, you will see subheadings titled ‘Auto Forward’ and ‘Filter Rules.’
If an email address has been compromised, ‘Enable’ will be ticked, and a foreign email address will be in the box below. Remove the foreign email address.
The only option that should be ticked is ‘Process Subsequent Rules’ as shown below.
5. Select Filter Rules
Once that is done, select ‘Filter Rules’.
Filter rules should be showing on the right side of the screen if there are. If none, a message showing no rules defined as shown in the screenshot.

To above question above that says are you able to access your TalkTalk email account through https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/? Please confirm if it's a yes or a no.
