Hi

I sent the message ( useing my Tinyworld account ) to my Tinyworld and Tiscali email accounts they both came back.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

550 5.7.1  Reject for policy reason

The problem i have is not being able to send any emails to anyone useing my Tinyworld.co.uk account.

The emails get returned with 550 5.7.1  Reject for policy reason,

This is happening in Web Mail, and my email in outlook classic.

I am able to use my Tiscali web mail to send to my Tinyworld account

The next step is to check your mailbox's send and receive functionality, so you'll now need to send a test email.

This is for the new email platform:

1. Select Setting cog icon

Once logged in to webmail, the blue task bar going across the screen has 3 horizontal lines on top of each other. Click on this icon

2. Select All Settings

Once selected, it will bring up a list of options. The first option, which is ‘all settings’, is the one we need to select.

1. Select Mail menu

In the left side menu, click the Mail to expand.

1. Scroll Down and Select Rules

Select Rules to expand. Then select the Auto-Forward.

3. Enable and Add email for Auto Forward

Enter the email address that you would like to  forward all incoming email messages to this email address.

Once done adding it, click Appy Changes if you are okay with the changes.

This is the old email address:

1. Select the elipse menu button

Once logged in to webmail, the blue task bar going across the screen has 3 horizontal lines on top of each other. Click on this icon

2. Select Settings

Once selected, it will bring up a list of options. The first option, which is ‘settings’, is the one we need to select.

3. Select Mail in the settings option

Once in settings, a list of options is presented on the left hand side of the screen. Select the heading titled ‘Mail

4. Select Auto Forward option

Once ‘Mail’ is selected, you will see subheadings titled ‘Auto Forward’ and ‘Filter Rules.’

If an email address has been compromised, ‘Enable’ will be ticked, and a foreign email address will be in the box below. Remove the foreign email address.

The only option that should be ticked is ‘Process Subsequent Rules’ as shown below.

5. Select Filter Rules

Once that is done, select ‘Filter Rules’.

Filter rules should be showing on the right side of the screen if there are. If none, a message showing no rules defined as shown in the screenshot.

We need to check to see if there's an email redirection or auto-forward rule in place for your mailbox. Could you check for me?
