I am not receiving emails from some senders (my bank, my mother, my daughter). The senders receive a message that the server or email address are not available. My bank has contacted me to ask me to reset my email address. My husband received the email from the bank to his tiscali address. It is unclear if emails from other senders are also being bounced.

Hi tracey83, please send me a personal message with the affected email addresses and I'll see if we can add them to the list of those affected or if indeed its necessary.

Thanks for the reply Chris. For my mother and daughter it has been a few months. For my bank I had a notification on Wednesday that my statement had been bounced. I don't know how many other senders have had their emails bounced.
