Messages sent from to *redacted to remove personal details* are not being delivered, and not in Junk Mail, even though Roundcube says "sent successfully" e.g a test message sent at 16:49 today.
The Roundcube Agent claims that all is OK at their end.

Hi there @GWEDWA I'm sorry that you are experiencing an email issue can you please check in your spam folder because sometimes the emails end up on this folder?
