Like lots of others, emails from Gmail haven't been coming through since Thursday; nor from Hotmail and some business accounts. Really not good enough!

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hmmm, my reply this morning doesn't appear here (ah well) but the problem seems resolved - thanks.
For info, the test email I sent at 10:19 arrived at 21:19 and the one I sent at 17:24 arrived at 21:01. Guess there's a bit of backlog to sort out 🙂

There is a very specific fault in the interface between tiscali.co.uk and the rest of the email world, which means emails originating from Microsoft or Google based email services is not getting through to addresses on tiscali.co.uk. There are now upwards of two dozen individual user reports here in the community, and I spent an hour using online chat on Saturday morning to report the fault to Talktalk. We can only hope that when one of the Talktalk staff arrives on the Community on Monday morning, someone will start getting it fixed.
