Hi Bill,
Yes, I dont have the SUBSCRIBE at the top right…I sent image.
When I click the subscribe, it looks like it thinks I want to register, but I don’t want to register - I want to TRANSFER from Talk Talk.
This really is disgraceful…I just need someone who works for Talk Talk to send me a private link to the SUBSCRIBE option.
It really isnt that difficult, but I just keep getting told to use a process that DOESN’T actually work.
Frustrated…!!!

Hi, @TarquinNibbles
Is the website/page shown immediately above, and being at https://everymail.com/support
the location from which you logged in, by first clicking 'Subscribe' and then entering your old TalkTalk email address and password?
And it then logged you in to the old Talk Talk inbox on tt.everymail.com? Instead of it taking you to the 'Subscribe' page?
I tried to subscribe as well, by first clicking 'Subscribe', just to play with it, a bit
No, it didn't take me to a subscribe page. (By the way I am a TalkTalk broadband customer, and therefore was not really intending to subscribe.)
Where it took me was, the TalkTalk Email Addresses Manager at https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/login
From my point of view, https://everymail.com/support is quite confused.
So does the above describe how you was incorrectly taken to the old Talk Talk inbox on tt.everymail.com, instead of to the 'Subscribe' page. after clicking 'Subscribe'?

Wow, this is incredible.
I AM going around in circles..!!
When I log in, it takes me to the Talk Talk inbox on tt.everymail.com
I cannot find any link to managing the subscription.
Why can’t someone send a proper explanation instead of telling me to scroll down..??

Hi Billx. I'm not sure how we sending the customer in circles. I had only sent one message assisting the customer on where to find the subscription link and Kanya asked Keith for his support, that was it.

You are sending the poor guy in circles. All he wants, is for you to read the article above and anything else , and tell him what is the web address in which he can subscribe to Everymail email service.

Good afternoon TarquinNibbles. There should be a subscription link on the email received.

@Lorrainef I simply need someone to explain where to find subscription link on everymail
portal. It’s really not obvious or clear from your instructions.
