Unable To Receive Quidco Emails

Hello!

I haven't received any emails from Quidco for a while now and after writing to them through their Messaging system I was assured that there're no problems on their end.

I've done all the simple things like checking Spam Folders and Filters but there's nothing from Quidco in the Spam Folder and I don't have any Filters.

So I was just wondering if any other Quidco users aren't receiving Tracked, Confirmed & Declined emails and if you're out there, Ady, if you could check if there're any Blocks on my account please?

Thank you for reading.

I can confirm that I do not have active monitoring which is solely dependent on my Broadband or Telephone line. 😊

Thank you very much for confirming.Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependent upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?

For example, a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector

Hello, @Thabile-TT!

Thank you for getting back to me!

I use both Webmail and a Mail Client, (Specifically Apple Mail) but I only use Webmail to see what's caught in the Spam Folder that week.

Hello again!

I'm having to resurrect this Topic because while I accepted back in February '25 that nothing was going to be done about it, unfortunately now I need something doing about it please.

Quidco have gone through another cycle of making everyone change their passwords and, thanks to the fact that TalkTalk've been blocking my Quidco emails for over 5 Years now, I can't receive the Password Reset email to reset my password so I'm locked out of my account.

As before I'm regularly checking my local Junk Folder and Spam Folder in Webmail and finding nothing from Quidco in them. I've also made sure that nothing in my Blocklist or Filters could be blocking anything from Quidco.

I understand Ady's no longer here so I'm hoping that any of the new Support Team can get this issue fixed please.

Thank you for reading.

"Some" information sent, Ady, and hopefully it's of some use. 😅

I will. Please provide the affected email address and the email addresses that you can't receive from in a personal message and I'll get this logged over.

Hello, Ady!

Thank you so much for getting back to me!

I miswrote when I wrote that I didn't have any Filters, I should've written that I didn't have any Filters that would stop any emails from Quidco. I just have one that tries to file the now 35+ Spam Emails I get a day that you let through by disabling my Filter. 😅 My Filter only files specific emails into my Spam Folder, so even if an email from Quidco did get caught by my Filter it would still only be in my Spam Folder where I would find it.

I do check my Spam Folder in Webmail and my local Junk Folder regularly so I know it's not a case of emails being misfiled, it's a case of emails not making it to my account to be filed in the first place.

If you no longer have the tools to see if certain emails're making it to my account, would it be possible for you to file a Fault or Incident Ticket for this like I see you do for other Users please?

Thank you for reading again.

Hi lilyflower, I no longer have access to the tools that show incoming or outgoing mail. You had a mail filter in place. I've disabled this and it may allow quidco mail through. See how you get on with that now.
