Hello, I am no longer able to access my emails on my iPhone and other devices, and instead I am only restricted to sending and receiving emails on webmail and this is less than ideal when I need notifications for emails. Please could this be resolved ASAP and my email be restored to full access.

Hi antoh28, please remove the image or you'll get spammed as its showing your mail address.
I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to normal function. Please allow 48 hours for the change to complete.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I had already made these changes but when I go to add my account to my iPhone it says my password is incorrect when it isn’t?

Hi anthoh28, you'll have received mails advising you that you need to change the settings on your mail client in order to be secure. Have you made those changes to your settings? If not I can't have your mailbox returned to full service.
