I don’t often open my email generally doing so to look for a specific email so I was unaware of any changes and transition to everymail until November 2nd when I couldn’t download any emails. I am still a paying broadband customer with talktalk but when I log in I have my draft folder visible and am receiving the odd spam email into the spam folder but the inbox will not display emails that are in the inbox historically and will not download any new emails.

The message at the top of the screen reads - An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request -

I have been twice on the web support and had friendly agents who said they would get this dealt with as a priority and had upgraded it to for urgent attention yet 2 weeks later I have no progress. Any help would be greatly appreciated I really need to get this back up and running. I tried to log in via everymail too so I can get into the email account via apps.talktalk and tt.everymail but have server errors on both sites ans no working inbox on either. My email address is an older @Tiscali.co.uk address in case that is of any relevance.

Hi there @Greenoid, I've looked into your account and can confirm that you have 5 emails linked to your account. The email you have on your private notes is also linked so you don't need to subscribe to every mail. Please confirm if you are still having restrictions when accessing your emails?

If you are still a TalkTalk broadband customer then the move to Everymail will not affect you. There have however been separate issues with some tiscall addresses. If you make sure the full email address affected is put in the Private notes section of your Personal profile (click here) then the support team should be able to sort this out for you. Bear in mind that they won't be back online until tomorrow.
