Unable to open webmail on Galaxy A16. Can no longer find talk talk mail app to inatall on my phone

Is anyone else experiencing issues with accessing talk talk webmail.  I have been able to open the webpage in Chrome until about 5-6 days ago. Now, when I try to log on to webmail via Chrome, nothing happens 

I had the same issue when trying to open the talk talk mail app that I had installed on my phone. It worked up to about a week ago, now it doesn't.  I deleted the app, thinking if I reinstalled it, it might fix the problem, but now I can't find the app on playstore to e install it. I can't open the mail app on my phone to install the app from talk  talk webmail. Feel like I am going round in circles!

Hello, @David1958# . We are still waiting for an update, but we've seen some customers clearing their browser history and cache and then logging again via webmail. This seems to have worked. Can you try to the same.
