I just keep getting the spinning symbol on the email link. Web is OK for all other sites

Alright, it seems like there is an ongoing issue, but we are working on getting it resolved it should be fine in no time.

I just saw a response on the other thread of this subject . Reply from Kanya says there seems to be an ongoing issue but expecting feedback soon.

I have gone through all the usual browser cache etc. Also just spent a long chat on line to no avail.

The app we have been using seems to have disappeared from the play store. too

Apologies Ady,  The issue cleared up just after I posted, I should have got back to you.

 Interesting though that it started again and I see another user here posted the same issue yesterday.

 

Essentially, the Talktalk app I was using stopped working so I deleted it then reinstalled. I have just come off a very long conversation with on line help ? chat.

I was told to reset my password, however it is not a password issue as I can access my mail via a desktop iMac. IOS. Further, There is no access to the website to reset.

I was told to access an alternative email but I cannot access any mail on my phone, just a spinning symbol

Hi 1Bmac, please try in a different browser if clearing cache and cookies fails to resolve the issue.
